Meet Karen McNulty, on the left, and Fay Judson on the right. They are the Directors of Business Umbrella Ltd, owner of the Wiz brand of on-line planning for small businesses.

Karen is a Chartered Marketer and has been a full member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing since 2001 (MCIM). She also has a Diploma in Marketing (DipM). She majored in marketing for her degree and has worked in marketing in one way or another ever since, practising her marketing in a wide range of companies, from Hewlett-Packard to a small internet café. Karen currently has her own marketing business, Marketing Picture, and provides marketing strategy, internet marketing training and marketing consultancy. Karen is very enthusiastic about all aspects of marketing, particularly internet marketing, and a great practitioner of what she preaches. Karen is also an Expert Author for EzineArticles.com.

Fay became passionate about small businesses at an early age, when her father started his own garage repairing and retailing cars. She has worked for businesses ranging from The British Aircraft Corporation (now BAE Systems) to being self-employed, offering software training for small businesses through her own business, Click N Able. Fay majored in management for her degree, but has always had a passion for software and its ability to make life easier for small companies. She has lectured in computing and business in colleges of Further Education and has also worked in business guidance and as an adviser. Fay is a keen advocate of networking and enjoys interacting in this way with a wide range of businesses.
